It's amazing what your mum and a little creativity can do...

We bought mirrors the other day at Homebase and I thought - hey! That gold mirror will look perfect in the dining room.

Dad popped it on the wall and we put the vase full of my 25p stones from what used to be Au Naturale [and now I forget it's name!] and the 25p sparkly stick things from what was The Pier, the last day of it's going out of business sale.... and I think it looks rather nice. Fits perfectly in with the cheapy duckegg 'chandelier' from Argos.... almost looks classy!
